Our Story - Chef John Callicotte

After almost two decades working for corporate America, John decided to pursue his biggest passion, culinary arts. Having completed two years of culinary school he decided to open a home bakery selling cookies, scones, and smoke roasted nuts.

The early popularity of the smoke roasted nuts turned into being the focus of the business. Chef John smoke roasts all the nuts in small batches from our home based in Tucson, AZ.

Chef John believes in using the best ingredients available, and as local as possible.

We use quality pecans, Arizona Honey, and Agave Syrup from our region in many of our recipes. We use organic syrups and high quality spices in all our products.
